By submitting this application, you agree to SIMADDA's Vendor Terms of Service, Content Policy, and Privacy Policy. You confirm that all content you list is original, owned by you, and does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
Minimum age: You must be 20 years of age or older to apply as a SIMADDA vendor. Any person below 20 years of age cannot sign up or submit a vendor application.
1. You may request a withdrawal anytime once your available balance reaches the minimum release threshold (₹500). Vendor payouts are released on a monthly basis only via bank transfer or UPI.
2. SIMADDA reserves the right to remove any product that violates our content guidelines or receives excessive negative reviews.
3. You are responsible for providing accurate product descriptions, screenshots, and system requirements.
4. SIMADDA will implement DRM measures to protect your digital products from unauthorized distribution.
For every premium product that is uploaded on SimAdda by the creator, we encourage you to promote that specific product only on SimAdda.com.
If the same product is found published on a different host or a different website, your product will be delisted from SimAdda.com. Any sales recorded for that product will become null and void for the creator and will not be refunded.
This policy applies to paid / premium listings only — not free or claimable products.
