Terms of Service

Platform: Refers to the SIMADDA digital storefront and associated services, accessible at simadda.com.

Customer: Any individual or entity that purchases digital content through the Platform.

Vendor: Third-party creators who list and sell digital assets on SIMADDA after being approved through the vendor application process.

Digital Content: Virtual goods including, but not limited to, Train Simulator routes, scenarios, rolling stock, repaints, sound packs, modifications, and PlayStation game rentals.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SIMADDA Platform. By creating an account, browsing the store, or purchasing Digital Content, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. SIMADDA will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Not share your account with others or allow multiple simultaneous sessions
• Notify SIMADDA immediately at support@simadda.com of any security breach

Upon purchase, SIMADDA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share downloaded content with third parties
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any digital assets without written permission
• Upload purchased content to any other platform or marketplace
• Use content for commercial purposes without a separate commercial license

Download links are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Contact support for renewals after the expiry period.

All transactions on SIMADDA are processed via UPI (Unified Payments Interface). By completing a purchase, you authorize SIMADDA to process the specified payment amount.

SIMADDA provides the platform and associated digital goods on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SIMADDA disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

SIMADDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform or digital content.

SIMADDA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the platform, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform and any downloaded licenses cease immediately. SIMADDA will not be obligated to provide refunds for any unused portion of a subscription or pre-purchased content.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

SIMADDA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
