1. Update the SA App v.2.5.3 (Recommended Method)
When a new SA App update is available, Inside the App go to More → Check for Updates → Update Now to download and install the latest version automatically.
2. IMPORTANT FOR APP VERSIONS BELOW v2 Manual SA APP Update will work. If Automatic Update Doesn't Work follow these steps:
Visit the SIMADDA website and log in to your account.
Open the SA App tab and click Download.
Once the download is complete, extract the ZIP file.
Inside the extracted files, locate the SIMADDA Installer folder. Ensure this folder contains the SIMADDA Installer.exe file.
Copy the entire SIMADDA Installer folder.
Navigate to your existing SIMADDA game installation (root) folder and paste the copied folder there.
When prompted, choose Replace the existing folder and click Yes.
The latest SA App version will now be installed successfully.
3. Clear Cache (If the App Is Not Responding or Crashing)
If the app becomes unresponsive, crashes, or behaves unexpectedly:
Open the SA App and use the Clear Cache option.
Refresh the page after clearing the cache.
If the issue still persists, completely close the app and launch it again.
